Day 19/21 Done
Day 4/21 anxiety reduced still in flatline
Relapsed. I think my main trigger is stress. I'm not giving up on this though, no way. I KNOW I can do this. Completely let down by these first couple tries but here's hoping third time is the charm. Starting fresh and this time I will counter that stress w/ a good walk outside or something else!
Today I relapsed with only M. Now I have to be very careful for chaser effects.

Day 0. Reset. I think my main trigger is boredom. Boredom at home, but now boredom at work which gets me in a right state.
