Day 16 but I'll say day zero for this challenge! Setting myself back to zero fits nicely within my goal of no PMO ever again!

The boners have become less today. On Day 9. Bit still plump when flaccid. Less precums.

day 14. i started this challenge with the idea to improve my social skills and trying to connnect to the others. it is difficult. i see my energy growing, so my motivation and enthusiasm, but it is not enough. i am facing flatline, depression, and dealing with socialization is difficult. it is important to me to take part in challanges because in this way i can improve a little at a time. i stay strong because i want enjoy life
