2018 PMO & MO Spreadsheet available

    Hey guys, here is a generic spreadsheet set up for 2018. I hope, I think, anyway. Let me know if something isn't working right, or I will find out myself, of course.

    Just send a request for access then I will make it available to you. All you do then, is save a copy with your own filename and you're good to go. Modify however you wish.

    Thanks for the spreadsheet. I was using one last year, but ended up canning it out of frustration. After months of continuous relapse, I realize life is much better with a spreadsheet. How bad was September compared to August? Right now I have no idea, but with a spreadsheet you can actually track if you made even the smallest of improvements.
