    Yep. The last 2 days I've had brutal urges and really was killing me off suppressing them. But now they've gone. I now know I just gotta take it day by day and the intense urges will subside. Good work on 10 days let's get it to 20

    Day 7 done, I can tell you that the 45% increase in test from 7 days of abstinence is no joke, woke up this morning feel incredible... motivation to keep going let's go lads never let your guard down

    The urges today are insane... litterally can't get porn out of my head. Been working all day and hit the gym so I'm just gonna try keep my mind off it. I know this is the hardest period just gotta stick at it

    Almost relapsed... peeked a bit but didn't watch anything or edge. Snapped out of it real quick and realised how dumb that was. Still going strong gonna reduce internet time now so no relapse possibility.
