When I started I didn't even do porn, I just looked at images of women, not necciserly nude photos. I started because I really hated my life at the time. I would fap at least 3-4 times a day.

This past year I got into porn more, and it really started taking a toll on me. Now I can't seem to get rid off it.

I started trying to cut this out because of religious beliefs. Been trying for about a month now. I cant even break the six day streak atm.

Originally I started as I said for religious reasons but now a girl has shown interest in me. I get so down on myself because people say it takes years for you brain to recover. And I can't even go a week without porn. I don't want to ruin this girls life because of my addictions so I guess I have to distance myself.

I've seen so many people talk about there crazy long streaks. I've cut so many things out of my life that lead me to pmo, gaming, Reddit, youtube, trading cryptos, And I still can't get past 6 days.

    Welcome!

Don't worry about what others say! all the answers you are searching for come from within!

You have religious beliefs as a motive! so use that as your strength and every-time you have that urge, fall to your religion by reading or asking for support within your religion!

You are worried about ruining this girls life but think of the effects that this has had on your life first!

Don't overthink it! Just take it 1 day at a time and you will break that 6 day streak!

You gotta be in it to win it Jorost and that means digging deep.

Changes aren't being made to something/things that keep you in the cycle that is all I can say at this point.

I have the same problem man; I mean almost exactly the same problem and I feel you. MY best record in the past has been 2 months, and it felt like crap when I relapsed. But don't give up because you're not alone in this fight.

Welcome, stopping PMO will be the best decision you can ever make. But you have to find your "why" for quitting inside of you. You can't stop PMO to get something or someone. You gave to do it for yourself.
