19 years old NO MORE PORN

Hi,

im 19 years old and have started with porn or with masturbation with 16.
First it was one time a half year , then i reached my final year at the school i started to it oftens and one day i recognized im doing it sometimes 3 times a day and this is too much. After reaching last year 3 Months not masturbation i have fall back to the old behavior can only get 4 Days sometimes 7 Days but everytime i fall back. Now its my decision to post my story and to reach a life without porn. I will be in 2 months 20 years old and want to be porn free twenty old years old boy/man.

Hope to reach my goals and can have a porn free life.

 

@Mindful Through Trauma Thank you for the nice Words, i have also now abandoned all devices which im used to show porn like tablet and smartphone. It feels better but sometimes if im alone on the evenings my hole body says do it watch porn. Im trying dont to hear it and when its really hard for me i just open Nofap and read something on it. Today its my 7 Day and its sometimes hard for me , but i dont give up.
