I noticed that I have harder time following my vows from day 180, because of a beautiful distraction. I am dating a girl and often we stay up late, and I cant be as productive the next day.
I should figure our a new trigger-reaction response. I am also susceptible to desires and distractions during the workday.
The reason is my priority of personal happiness and satisfaction over the work tasks.
I must remember the vow that I will spend time for fun AFTER six hours of effective time in my work.

Update:
I moved my ring from left to right hand, as I have got used and numb to the sensation of the ring. Now I have the sense anew.
The other thing I realized is that I fantasize about having sex with her too often and that I am tempted to read and watch about sex.
Which is at the line of no porn rule. I caught myself chasing erotic stuff and I must put my act together again.
Now that I know it, I can control it again.
