Day 2- went well didn't have as many strong urges but this is just the start. Looking forward to finishing this challenge!

Yeah for sure, start meditating as well learn to accept your feelings instead of fighting them, game changer..

Day-3 Another normal one; sexting with GF may have made me do something I would have regret but I controlled.. Time to not use that either, else I may get too excited for my own good.

I had some urges today. I'm just so burned out from this semester. I just need to make it through one more week and then it's summer. Not that having more free-time will make the problem go away -- I just need some time to mentally reset.
