Day 4/14, everything is fine. I don't need pmo.
Relapsed to M - Back to day 0
Day 13, had an urge but came here instead I skipped doing yoga because it doesn't really suit my body now that I eat meat. Guess I'll take a walk and listen to music instead of fapping or watching porn.
Hey im on day 13, can't I join any of these challenges?
Check in day 9 after 3 times relapse at day 7 or 6 now in day 9 feeling awsome and i do the things that i love again running 5k and after in finish the 5 k i Will go up for the 10 km take Life more seriously.

Solid day, tired but I'm lucky it was a fairly good day that was busy. Fortunate ATM it's been stuff I can deal with! I know harder tests will come, not letting my guard down!
Thanks, Peace!! I actually am slowly learning. The constant failures are building up a huge sense of aggravation, which seems to be helping to ease urges. I think about jerkin' the gerkin and it makes me angry and disgusted.
Day 0 of 14. This is starting to feel like Groundhog Day. I need to use what I learn to break this cycle.
12/14; not sure I will make it to 14, but this is PR - as previous record was 8 days. Gives me strength to know what is possible. If I slip, will try to be M only and not P. I know why dropping both is better, but don’t want to revert back to old habits. Keep strong and keep going everyone.
