Day 1 done!
Ok let start. Day 0.
Day 2 (11). Feeling the urge but I'm finding it easier to be mindful and resist.
Day 0. I'm in!
day 1. today was productive and went like a breeze
Day 9/14, I feel awful cause family problems, but I didn't reacted to stress with MO.
Day 13/14. Trying to decide if i should reward myself with a little pmo after tomorrow or not. Not sure if that would count as a relapse. I would, of course, reset my tracker if i did...
Day 2/3 - Thoughts are there even though the physical urges are not yet. Also feeling very tired and unmotivated.
- Definitely won't be relapsing tonight, but if I can contribute any useful advice as a result of this post, it's a reminder to get plenty of sleep and treat yourself well! Because all it takes is just one good excuse to throw everything away and give into our desires

Relapsed again. Day 0.
I had some cravings due also to some pop-ups when I was watching series in streaming.
But I'm still here, I did the most important thing: getting at the end of the day
Day 4 Sexual thoughts are attacking, bt stil holding onto my grip.. no matter what no pmo, i want a new me, & i can feel somethings changing in me, more energy, more focus, more power
