Are the benefits for younger people any different?
Your brain is still very early into development so the quicker you get it under control the less negative effects you will put on your growing body.
Thanks for the reply mate.
Well done for quitting so early at 14.
I'm 34 and struggling to quit. My life sucks.
also you should really consider eating only healthy food, i regret not doing it at your age, think about how hard your body works for you and what would happen when you put harmful "food" into it, you are growing and feeding yourself healthy food would do wonders for it, you would grow stronger and smarter than anyone your age, good nutrients equal a strong healthy body and mind. https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/322268.php
I feel bad for you man. I sincerely hope you can quit PMO for good, and best of luck.
Hang in there man, 34 is still young in the grand scheme. You CAN change and this community is here to help you make that happen
Yes, you've got a chance to get this back in the box before it breaks all your relationships. Seriously, check out the 40+ logs or the partner support forum. There's some people who have been terribly broken by this over time
Try being 44 and having the same problem. At least you've got ten years on me - and ocks has 30!
