I did see many people abstinent for long periods of time to see very little or no improvement at all. I am on day 11 and seeing tremendous results already. Getting much attention from girls, saw random girls check me out, improved face, my face looks shinier and eyes got bright, becoming smarter in day to day activities, feeling joyful everytime. So what accelerated my results compared to my peers I feel is a healthy combination of good diet, sleep and exercise. Sleep of minimum 7 hours and intense exercise. A diet at regular time including good carbs, fats and milk to have wholesome diet. Also engaging in mind tickling activities like solving puzzles, watching funny scenes and listening quality music altered my brain to prevent me to have a desire for pmo and focus on fun activities instead, even enjoy mundane daily tasks. So friends apart from abstinence, getting physiologically and psychologically well disciplined and better trained will get you access to to swifter results.

oh yeah man, so on point, everything ye said, me , after 19 days: aura like of a God, opening hot chics left and right, getting, almost getting a new hot girlfriend, fooling around, being alpha, energy levels, divine godly element in me increasing, chics feeling that, that hungry wolf comin up the mountain that dog that's been kicked around for days and it will only do two things, either it will roll over and die (but i wasn't the kind of a dog that was gonna roll over and die) or it will bite back ... and that was the kind of a dog I was )))))))))))))))))))))))))))) cheers
