1 year challenge: Started from 17th May 2018.

Hello Guys, I want to tell this from the bottom of my heart that I had gone through a lot for the last 12 years. I started masturbating when i was 14 and now I am 26. When I was 15 I upgraded myself and started masturbating like twice a day(almost 4 days a week I would masturbate twice). I even had a record of masturbating 14 times in a 24hr span. I believe I am still an addict. But since May 17, 2018 I promised myslelf to not to jerk off anymore till I gain weight and muscle mass. I went through the worst period of my life
