I tried workout and then 2 km walk but still i end up masturbating and if i dont masturbated i get a very disturbed sleep. Feels like i haven't slept
I tried that too, infact i tried getting up at 8 ... Then workout in evening , then walk for 2 km ...but still at night i end up masturbating .......
