I urge you to cut yourself some slack. To also replace "relapse" with "reset". There is hope.

A staff member pointed out that there is no relapsing here, only re-setting. I hope it helps to frame it in a different light.
Day 3 started. I browsed p. last night, but was able to not go past that.
It was a very insightful text. It makes a case for negative reinforcement through P, in cases where individuals use fantasy that could harm them...
