    Ah yeah, the mental fog. It can be like sailing a ship...just keep your heading and you’ll pass through. It can take some time though, so be sure to stand through your watch. As @Struggle Bug mentioned, keeping a journal of this voyage can help. You’re where we’ve all been, raise your sails and keep on going :)
