Thanks man, I appreciate it. It's just been a small relapse, I have somehow avoided the dreaded "chaser effect." Going strong now, on to Day 2. The first ten days seem to be the hardest, but at this point--after getting 161 days up until last week--I am super confident that I can smash this habit out of my life!
