We have been on vacation for a few weeks. During that time I did have a relapse and It hasn't been easy starting on Nofap afterwards. Thank you for checking in, I appreciate it.
I hope you had a relaxing holiday. But having a relapse sucks (not sure if you mean a one-off PMO or a binge). I was just getting towards 4 weeks and I PMOd earlier this week. So, we make no judgments here! :)
Oh geez! Yeah - that would do it! I have noticed others mention booze in the context of bad decisions and a lack of control. I hope you are back in the NoFap-groove now. :)
