More like 2.5 years haha. And yes, it took until quite recently to get serious about things. Probably my fault though, not a flaw in the process.

I'm at day 40 now and it's been ok. Still haven't had sex though. Sometimes I get a little desperate, but this despair may lead to me seeking sex with a stranger and consequently performance anxiety, which could cause ED and complicate things in my mind. That's why I'm going slow.

I don't think it will take years if you put a serious effort into a good reboot. People say 90 days, I say whenever your recovery is complete. You'll know when it's complete. :p

In these 2.5 years, how have your relationships been in terms of sex?
