Ah. I see. It also seems that the posts that I make in the off-topic section are not being counted? Am I right about that or is it caching?

I’m pretty sure you are right. It’s either sandbox or off-topic and sandbox don’t get counted.

That seems pretty stupid to me. Not that I really care about post-count, but some of us are very active in those sections.
