    If you are habitual of watching porn on PC, there is a chrome extension called 'panic button'. It has helped me to stay clear in the past few days.

    Best description of my feeling right now. Day 27, I just lay in my bed and focused on myself to withstand the urges. When I came out of my mediation I didn't know how much time has passed. Something like 2 hours. Stay strong brother. Soon we will be free.
