but seriously it's totally normal to feel this. id be really surprised if you didn't hate yourself/reset/relapse during this rebooting process. the part you need to figure out is whether or not you want to get back up :)

Point that hate in the right direction, brother, not at yourself, but at what you've done. You know the drill by now, my friend. Pick yourself up again, look around at all the love and support you have here, and start over.

I think you love yourself, that's why you're trying to improve. What you hate is the fact that you don't always succeed, and we can all do better, but be kinder to yourself, none of us are perfect.. but we can all do better I think! Take care :-)
