For a 2-in-1 deal, try sprinting and then when you’re tired, meditation. Just make sure to run as angrily as you can, maybe yell while you’re doing it.
Writing, too, just get your thoughts out on paper. It is a wonderful outlet.
@letter thank u so much brutha- i did a bunch at school today (granted it took a lil more than 25 mins to get rid of most of it), then came home and meditated. Iz a good, fast combination XD

I tried shadow boxing (at least my crappy version of it) and found that hitting a surface feels more satisfying. Smt like a wall (tho it messed up my skin a lil)
