    Hi arken3,

Compared to that fellow, 150 days is short. Right now I'm taking a wait and see approach. No porn and no masturbation. I aim to avoid sexual fantasizing, though that's easier said than done. When I start thinking that stuff I'll casually move on to something else.

If I wake up and find myself going to ejaculate I won't hold it back then proceed to clean up the mess in my shorts (I admit, it is a pain compared to a more controlled ejaculation). Porn is definitely something I'm not going back to, it gets in the way. Masturbation, I'm on the fence. If I get tired of the wet dream clean up I'll masturbate every so often to make things easier.

One thing I really agree with that fellow is to ignore all the superpowers and spiritual stuff (in the sense of aiming for some sort of enlightenment) related to NoFap.

Hope this answers your question, take care.

So your goal is to eliminate fantasizing in addition to P. Was wondering how to know when we are "done." I would say my goal with P and fantasizing is already met, but want to make SURE by going at least 90 days. Fantasy, once in a while for a minute or so I think is healthy. But P seems to have no redeeming qualities and I think is the real culprit behind sexual dysfunctions.

I did the 90 days twice. The first time was sketchy and went heavy into P/M binging shortly after. I wouldn't say porn is the cause, it certainly helps stunt and distract us.

As for my counter, I'm thinking of getting rid of it. It served its purpose.
