How are you holding up though??

Day 8 was hard, I feel those urges all the time. But I'm confident for day 9, as dark as yesterday was, I'm at a "cannot get worse than this" point so yeah, moving forward :)

Jokes apart, you really deserve some rest !! We often get anxious & tire ourselves out when things dont go our way but things will fall into right place eventually.. :)
