They come back every once in a while. The longer you go the less severe they are though. It’s not easy. There were nights that I literally thought I was going crazy. Hardcore anxiety. One week I only slept 9 hours total.
Everyone is different...but I believe the worst case scenario is that they come and go for up to 2 years. I don’t think they are ever as severe as the beginning though.
