    I began to PMO when I was 13ish, ever since then I was hooked on the act. I can remember never missing a day, and watching at least 2 hours of porn each day. When I turned 19 I began meditating and came to realize that I didn't want to be controlled by the chemicals in my brain, or by human parts. It's senseless! It's now been 3 years that I've been actively battling this addiction, but I'm starting to see the light. I decided to embark on the 90 day no PMO challenge. I know I will succeed but I needed to take it a step further, so I'm going to make a forum entry daily until I reach my goal. Even if it's only a sentence, a quote, whatever. I'm here for you my brothers and sisters! You are definitely not alone, but no one is going to tell you stop. You have to make a conscious effort to escape the trap. I love you all.
