Hey, thanks for your message! I'm looking forward to sharing our experiences. I'd be happy to learn a little more about you. How old are you? Where are you from? What do you do? What are your experiences so far? Greetings, cae

Hey man! I appreciated your "newbie" post and can relate to your background, upbringing, and desire to kick this. Honestly, I've felt for a long time (wrongly) that I could just segment the PMO problem I have from the rest of my life and that I could fully reach my potential and experience spiritual growth while ignoring that dirty part of my life. However I'm starting to see now how that's not at all possible as the pursuit of PMO permeates all other areas of life - physiologically, psychologically and spiritually.

If you'd like an accountability partner, I think that would be awesome. Especially someone coming from a faith background as it adds all the more motivation to change.

      Thanks bro, for the post.

Grew up in a religious home and kept my faith until now. I came in touch with P in early childhood and M not much later. It has been a major problem ever since. Despite of many improvements and good streaks, I haven't had a major break through yet but I'm working on it.
