Thanks for dropping by buddy. Yes going good so far. My only concern was that I am not seeing most of the benefits people mention in here. Not sure if that's a flatline.
You would see benefits man. They may come a little late but they won't ever come if you stop. Be patient. Yes, you may be in a flatline. Hold on and keep going :)
Most benefits are a placebo... If you are being real then only benefits are psychological one and some physical ones too... Everything else is due to formidable will, learning to do the right things, becoming disciplined etc. which someone like you might not wrongfully credit to NoFap itself and that's why you don't see the benefits...
Because you know what they are and don't chalk it up to something else...
