Yep, lots of us have an ENTIRE iceberg to address, not just the visible issues. Good news is you were never going to solve those things before NoFap and now you'll be strong enough and feel good enough about yourself to actually get more out of life. Something I realized in younger years was to just acknowledge my own struggles and work on me. That's something I could start learning to improve. It did help me to try and forgive, but that was easier when I was on my own.
