Low immune system. I keep getting colds...

    I've been dealing with a lot of personal grief/stress too, but since starting NoFap from April i keep getting sick. Colds, sore throats etc, as well as the standard low energy/brain fog/flatline stuff.

    Anyone else get a lot of sickness?

    yes. but in my case i dont help myself with terrible food choices etc.
