guys i have a question during this PMO progress i'm trying not to looking at hot photos, watching porn videos even i'm trying not to looking if there is hot girl in front of my face (yeah at least i will just look at her face) my question is how long i need to do all of this?
can i'm looking hot girl now? (i mean the curve of a hot girl)
because i've already reach 1 month now, or maybe i have to do this (not looking hot photos, porn videos, hot girl in real life)

Okay, we are separated. I messed things up in my response to her. She cheated on me. Yadda, yadda...
I know the Holy Spirit has been guiding me toward forgiveness, healing and reconciliation. I spoke with her today and it went over like a turd in a punch bowl...not surprising.

I left even more pissed. Her passive/aggressive nature sends me in to orbit and now I regret responding to her harsh reactions.

Now, the "coping" comes in. And it is amplified. I don't want to PMO, I want to get back online to where I know there are people ready to meet me and just use to "make myself feel pretty". God, I do need help!

 

Just wanted to say keep staying strong. I can't imagine everything it sounds like you're going through, but just wanted to offer some encouragement.
