I consider this claim from that website as unlikely. There is no muscle within the tissues of the penis. Instead, there is a pair of sponge-like regions of erectile tissue, the corpora cavernosa (plural, cavernous bodies), which contain most of the blood in the penis during an erection. He was referring to muscles as in muscular workouts, no one claims anything about muscles at pegym, it's the tissues they're talking about, such as the corpora cavernosa and corpora spongosium as well as the tunica and ligaments at the base. It works because I've tried it myself.

I totally believe methods like jelqing can make your penis larger, no scientific studies but lots of photographic evidence.

But it requires so much time, several hours a week, doing something similar to masturbation. Very easy to fall back to porn, for inspiration or to keep being erected since most exercises require a level of arousal.

I phoned emergency services and they booked an appointment with a doctor. I went to see my doctor today. She checked out my scrotum lump (sorry I worded it wrong- I didnt know it was called. Yeah the lump was inside my ball sack in top right. WARNING TRIGGERING. Obviously I had to take of my boxers. And I got hard as F over here. She was touchin ma balls and I was like ARRGH.

I got it checked out. She prescribed me with some tablets. I worded it wrong, I didn't know the name of the ball sack skin- so basically my upper right scrotum was swollen.
