Just had sex for the first time after 25 days nofap

    was previously masturbating 2-3x per day to porn, was very unhealthy. I fell into depression, lost my way with women. I was on a 6 month dry spell when I decided to give up porn and masturbation. The difference is tangible. I started going on as many dates as possible to build back my confidence. This weekend, I was even able to pick up this Brazilian chick on the subway! Got her number and we have a date tomorrow night... this would have seemed impossible to me before!

    and yesterday I finally had sex!! It felt so good to be able to orgasm after all this time abstaining. I was even able to finish with a condom, something I've never been able to do in the past.

    Persevere guys, it gets better and the rewards are great!

    I'm 24. Don't worry too much, I lost my virginity at 20. Since then I've had sex with 14 women, and have had two relationships (one lasted 18 months one lasted 8 months).

    You really need to put yourself out there. Say yes to as many social opportunities as possible and don't be afraid to talk to girls. Eventually good things will happen.

If we don't connect deeply to our inherent value and to our own individualized gifts, then we could keep looking to the world to tell us if we are worthy. And if we are looking to the world (i.e. Women) then we will continually be hurt and disappointed. Realize that no matter what women give you, you are whole, perfect and complete. You have everything you need already. All you need to do is assemble it correctly.
