I broke my smartphone while I was watching the 2017 Men's Handball Championship. We got to the semi-finals, in the 60th minute the result was a draw but we got a penalty that would still allow us to win but the striker's shot was awful and the keeper saved it. We lost in extra time.
I don't regret breaking the phone, I even felt a certain level of satisfaction.

 

My tablet died with its battery around last November out of the blue. Honestly I felt more relieved because it was the only tool I was watching porn on. Even though then I started on my phone. But then obviously my phone started running slower for some viruses so, given that I work with it and I am not a patient person lol, I stopped

Now it's been more than 2 months that I am clear and the urge is almost disappeared. I wouldn't go back to that. I remeber how that made me feel. I was a shitty person with a shitty life. Need to build something meaningful in my life. Tired of wasting time

 

I still have no phone unfortunately (well, depends what way you look at it) and communication can be a little bit difficult at times but I learned to live with it. Soon I'll have to get a new phone though because it's not that easy to use a tablet for school assignments and it's a pain to carry around. I think I finally learned to live without porn so hopefully it won't cause me any trouble.

 

I have the advantage that I rarely do business on my phone except reading emails or some whatsapp stuff.
You don´t have to get rid of your phone when you don´t relate it to PMO
