    So I was PM yesterday and very little sperm came out, my sperm was see through for some reason, I still could've MO'd but I stopped, does this count as a relapse??

    This was likely not sperm. This sounds like precum from your description. This happens (for lubrication) when your brain thinks that an orgasm is imminent. So, you were approaching the edge of your climax, but you stopped before you cum.
