Sperm leakage and wet dreams

    Iam into 90 days of my reboot. Didn't ejaculate for even once. I had one wet dream 28 days ago to be exact. After that I leaked sperm twice after urinating. After that I didn't have sperm leakage nor wet dream. Now day before yesterday(that is after 28days) I had one wet dream and I leaked sperm after urinating(one time). Is it normal? Should I start to ejaculate? Iam scared. Please help me

    It's completely normal, don't be scared. They'll reduce overtime, keep your streak going. Good luck!

    You have trained your body to produce a lot of that stuff by ejaculating so often. So now it's producing too much and getting rid of excess. None of this is dangerous in any way. With time it will realize that there is not much demand for this stuff anymore and it will stop, or at least should decrease by a lot.
