You're looking for a loophole, that's the best way to fail. If you're intentionally looking for something that arouses you, it's the same as porn.

If you're intentionally looking for something that you believe won't arouse you, but you know is questionable, it's the same as porn. It is your gateway porn.

The question you should be asking is "why am I 'surfing' the internet"? If you don't have anything better to do than to look through random web pages of images then you aren't addressing the reason why you are addicted to PMO. PMO isn't just about sex, it is about what you are doing in your life, the voids you are trying to fill, the responsibilities and problems you are avoiding.

Unless you are an Arts major, perhaps turn off the computer, sit facing the blank screen and think about what you would/should be doing if this computer/phone was not in front of you right now.

    Good luck!

could u please nsfw the web address in your first post rocky085, its taking all my strength not to look it up.

  8. I would say no. Could be an easy trigger or justification. I'm guilty of doing this type of thing. Like just searching for swimsuit models or something "innocent". But once I see something, my brain goes down a path it can't turn from and inevitably there's a link I can't resist. Bam!

If you have to ask, it's probably over the line for now.

Totally agree. I think the only way to truly recover from PMO addiction is to avoid looking at any porn/ triggering images.

Pornography is seeing things that arouse you.

Seriously, asking the question shows that you know its bad but hope for an excuse from somebody who doesn't care about you.

I mean, is it ok for an alcoholic to collect expensive whiskey just for the collective matter??
