Acne and NoFap

    17yrs old male.
    Right now i am on my 37 days of NoFap(Hard-mode).

    On my 20days(no wetdreams, no peeing of sperm) of NoFap all of my acne gone. But when I started having the peeing of Sperm and wetdreams my acne came back. Its like my cum stacked in my bladder(like hard to pee) that causes me broke out(im not sure). its not in my diet, im detoxing etc. PLEASE I DO NEED HELP TO GET RID OF THIS CHAOS ON MY FACE.

    Please dont say ejaculation or orgasm cause acne, for you its not for me it is.

    I don't have acne. I usually have a very smooth skin. But I relapsed yesterday very badly and noticed couple of pimples on my forehead and jaw this morning. This has also happened before post-masturbating.

    Just my 2 cents.

    According to this there is no proven connection between acne and masturbation. However, one theory is that, since masturbation releases testosterone, it increases your levels of stress and that creates the breakout of acne. Some people have experienced this, and some people haven't.

    As soon as I started nofap my acne improved. I have been doing the challenge for just over 2 months but now my acne hasn't improved anymore so I still have acne it's just that is less bad than when I was watching porn and stuff. When you fap you release hormones and that's what cause acne in the first place right?

    stress and acne are connected though and I have always found stress to accompany PMO.

    Also I think the late nights and long hours at the computer (the lifestyle you have when you fap) would generally induce more acne

    Hello , this thread is probably dead but i did some research and i found that NoFap builds up sperm in your testicles , when not released it is either reabsorbed or released naturally or if not released or reabsorbed , your body produces macrophages in your balls ( white blood cells to eat the extra sperm , after its life cycle 60 ~ 80 days ) , and since more white blood cells is produced your body eats up more bacteria and boosts your immune system ( i think vitamin c also heps with acne ) so less bacterium less acne http://askabiologist.asu.edu/macrophage
