    After about 16 days straight I am noticing a few changes. My voice is actually deeper and people treat me different.. like with more respect. Its awesome. I'm letting my beard grow out and if I relapse I would have to shave it off as an added incentive not to relapse, so maybe its that. Also more focused and energetic.
    I was just wondering what effects of NoFap you guys have experienced and at how many days if you remember.
