What would you tell your younger self If you knew what you know now?

I would tell him about Nofap and the benefits of it.

 

For everything in life to look always inside of him because there is all the power and the answers and don't forget that what he will sow will reap.

I've basically remembered all the shitty times in the space of 5 seconds.

I would tell my younger self, never to look at porn in the first place. It's an evil tool that makes you go to darker and darker places.

 

Nothing. There's no point in wasting my breath speaking to someone who wouldn't listen.

 

Don't start looking at porn. It is deceiving and will lead you down the wrong rabbit hole.

I would tell my younger self, learn to take risks. All life is an experiment. The more experiments you make the better.

When I was attending SA meetings there was a guy who always referred to himself as grateful sexaholic. When I first heard that I was taken back. Why would anyone be grateful for being a sexaholic?! I then spoke with him and he told me he was grateful because had it not been for this addiction he probably would have never learned the real meaning and importance of love, humility, courage, and hope.

 

Aside from "quit porn now!", I'd probably say "You won't believe how tired you feel after a day when you hit your mid twenties. And it gets worse."

 

I would tell myself to abstain from porn, and masturbation cause once your hook on it it's hard to get off it, it's like it's triple barbed hook that gets deeper for every struggle.
