Finally Acknowledging That I Have a Problem

    That's the first step. I thought I would take this secret with me to the grave. Admitting that I have a problem was one of the hardest, scariest things I have ever done. I think I'm going to pour my heart out in a journal so here is just a "hello" of sorts. I'd like to shake the hands of everyone here, fighting the battle.
    We're all warriors.
    Just knowing that there are others out there gives me strength. One day at a time.
