I'm currently on NoFap day 4, which doesn't seem like much, but this time I'm doing it differently. Before I would peek at porn just about every day, and eventually after about week I would full on relapse. But this time I'm completely avoiding it.

I've been experiencing some weird brain zaps when I look quickly to the side, and also I'm having painful chills throughout my body. It feels like the discontinuation symptoms I experience if I abruptly stop taking my antidepressants.

EDIT: Actually, I had a flu shot yesterday. That's probably why I'm feeling sick.

Until your doctor calls and tells you...there was nothing in the shot!

Withdrawals are completely normal and it is important to be prepared. Flu-like symptoms are completely normal. They will go away.

  5. Thank you for your post and that article is extremely useful. I'm on day three and can verify those symptoms. It's good to know that they do get better.
