    Hey, Am new on NoFap.
    The loneliness, depression, introvercy and ofcourse the bad habbit of masturbation and cigarettes motivated me to join the community. This isn't just anti-PMO but also the smoking goal for me. The countdown has began.
    10 days to go.

    Godspeed, friend! If you ever need help on this journey, feel free to put a post on the forums whenever you like. People will get to you quickly with advice. My one piece of advice for you right now is to take this outside the scope of PMO and smoking. The ultimate goal of every person here is to build a better life for themselves, so make sure that you're doing that foremost. If you focus on self-improvement, PMO and cigarettes will gradually trickle off.

    Thanks for support guys. Self-improvement is all I am here for. NoFap has an awesome community. I believe this would surely help me in going through the so-called-phases of life.

    This is actually working. I have an aim in front of me. I know what to do and what not. I am three days clean.
    Now, am even more motivated to keep it like this.
