Hi, I'm a 19 year old struggling with PMO.

I used to watch the regular stuff but I have been watching "sissy" porn for a while and it's been a massive problem. I read somewhere that porn can change what you're into and that you must abstain in order to see these urges go away. Problem is I'm having massive relapsing issues and feel like I'll be stuck with this crap forever.

I have literally thrown away chances of great relationships because of being afraid this addiction will ruin the relationship, along with the fact I believe the stuff has given me PIED.

I used to be a 3-4 time a day person which has been cut back to on average once every 3 days which has kind of helped (only positive of my situation).

Any thoughts or comments on this? Or on how to stop relapsing?

I wouldn't throw away any more chances of relationships in the future as being with a real girl may help you overcome your addiction. You already cut it back to once every three days which is great, a girl you care about can give you motivation to cut it further.

Once every 3 Days sounds great to start with - I couldn't have made that (before my no PM streak)
A girlfriend can be both - helpful but also make it harder. Like it is for me, I spend a lot of time withy my girl, and sure I get horny very often.
But as we do not have sex a lot, it is very hard for me stay focused and not PMO. (I am at Day 42 now ;) )

There is no master key or master tip to stop relapsing, it is all up to you and your mind!
Sure there are tips to make it easier - but in the end it is all up to yourself and your way of thinking
