It's nice to see that people still keep liking my post and still read it. It's very good for me to know that it helps after so much time. I am still here, still going strong, "never return there" is still the motto, always ! Let me tell you a short story ! Me and few of my classmates from the university (we call them collegues, i don't know how they are called in USA) so we went to the library to prepare ourselves for a course project that we had to do. And we worked on the laptop of one of my friends, and he watches porn and he didn't hide it from his history and his favorite sites on the browser so it showed up as a suggestion ( I didn't pay attention to it). So there comes a girl from our group, we were 5 boys. So she comes, and my friend had to hide his browser's blank page, lest she see his dirty secrets. DO YOU GET THIS ?! Alright, so then she walked away and we kept working. So, the guy whose laptop we used knows that i dont fap, and one other of the rest knows it too. So they start conversing among themselves about hiding of the browser history and stuff like that. And the 4th man of the team says something like "That's why i use a different browser for this" (I remembered that i used to do the same stuff back in the days ) And then i told him: I don't have this problem, and don't have to worry about such things. And he looked me strange and said Why ? I told him i don't watch Porn and i don't masturbate. And he was shocked and didn't believe me. Asked me for how long, i told him i don't know exactly, but it's about nearly 2 years, less than two years, but somewhere there. So he looked at me like NO WAY, THIS CAN'T BE REAL ! And then he kept asking me a ton of questions and some comments and stupid stuff. And he just seemed to not be able to believe what i was telling him. I then corrected myself, because i told him less than 2 years, i wanted to be more specific, i told him, it's around 1 year and 8 months. (in fact, i still wasn't very correct, because it's 1 year and 7 months. but i found out that later) So he was totally blown away. I told him that this is a type of addiction that i wanted to overcome and i succeeded so far, so it's possible and requires great will power. He told me that if he doesn't do it for more than a week, he starts to get nervous and feels bad. He hasn't tried hard enough. :C :C So that's the story, don't be like this my friend, be like me! Don't worry about your browser history or suggestions on the blank page or recently visited sites. DELETE THESE THINGS AND START OVER AGAIN CLEAN ! Wish you best of everything, be strong and don't yield !

Yes, of course. It's possible, it can be accomplished, but it depends on how much you want it and how hard you have decided in yourself to do it.

Yeah. 1 month is still something. 25 years is a long time to be in addiction like this, but here on this forum was that guy Fercho, he has been addicted for 30 years or something. So he finally managed to go 1 year and 6 months and feels free, you should go and read his report in success stories. It's possible, you just have to try the hardest you can and keep denying your lusts always. Keep your head up, i see you have relapsed soon, that's not cool, but you can do better the next time.

 

Thanks ! Well, yes i can. I will break the hard mode when i get married, i now try to live a Christian Life and try to obey the commandments of God, so no sex before marriage. I can endure that, it's not that hard when you have so much time of abstinence.

Yes, there is. In the flat line period it's very unlikely that you have strong urges. Then, after you exit the flat line, there are other periods when you completely don't feel any urges, these periods are described as times when you have extreme confidence, magnetism, you feel like you are on top, the best you can be, and urges don't even come to your mind. When you get used to living without PMO, you can get yourself so strong, that you can push back the urges and destroy them. I want to warn you, that when you get ahead in the journey, you will face urges too, don't think they disappear completely. I had periods after 250 days, where i had some very very strong urges and i felt like i was about to fail. I'm glad i didn't. But i've seen people fail on that long time on nofap.
