    What are the NoFap books?
    Amazon has these 3 as the bestsellers:

    1. Your Brain on Porn: Internet Pornography and the Emerging Science of Addiction
    2. Wired for Intimacy: How Pornography Hijacks the Male Brain
    3. Treating Pornography Addiction: The Essential Tools for Recovery
    Has anyone read them? Good? Bad? Anything better?
    I am looking specifically for NoFap books.
