45 minutes at maximum, and I'd constantly be searching left and right. It really backs the science about the chaser effect. What really helped me about this website and in the process of rebooting is that many of the things they talked about I had already done before. Gave me more of a reason to quit.

 

If I would focus on goal then maybe few minutes. But I usually didn't. I was always sitting there and browsing for hours.

 

If i went to pmo, then instead of jacking off at a pic i liked i'd be searching for other pics and it'd go on and on.

 

It used to be an average of 40 minutes for me. Sometimes as low as 20, sometimes up to 2 hours, but that was rare.

By comparison, if I was just masturbating without porn, then it would be 5 or 10 minutes.

BUT part of the reason I started NoFap was that since I started taking Adderall, I never know when a session of PMO might start to run into hours on end. I think the longest one was six hours, time just disappeared. At first I thought I would be OK if I could just make sure THAT did happen anymore, but eventually I recognized my entire lifelong problem with porn.

 

Also, if I relapse after a few days, it does go much quicker. But then the chaser, even if it's the next day, and again, and the sessions keep getting longer.

 

Anything between 1min and 1hour. All depended on how fast I wacked the weasel and what I wanted. Some days I would want a quick fix, others I would just indulge myself for ages until I couldn't hold out.

 

I could be "done" in 2 minutes if I wanted to. But I also used to spend 2-3 hours of edging with or without O.

 

It would take me around 1 hour and 5 minutes. But more than that can potentially give me blue balls if I keep letting myself get aroused.

 

I used to be a bit rampant for a hour average, but now i keep a time-keeping and (loose) detail log as encouragement to draw the habit to a halt and make it more manageable.

Since then till now it happens more frequently in spates but doesn't occupy often less than 10-15 minutes as my logs detail the reasons i give (some may say rationalisation and free ticket to feed a habit) post session which is a workable basis for improvement and helps me see what triggers myself rather than let it fade out of my mind.

I would always inadvertently time myself- first I'd check the time I started, then I would face all my clocks down or turn the clock to analog on my computer so I would get lost in my sessions, and everytime each session would end after an hour, but that was only round 1, I'd usually PMO back to back bc my addiction was so bad, round two would usually take up to 2 hours, because I needed to find something more intense or stimulating. If I knew my roomies were out of town my PMO sessions could go upwards to 8 hours. I'd just ride on the edge. It was painful and didn't actually feel that good when I got to that point.

 

I said before it takes me at most five minutes if I choose to relapse. If it's less explicit, however, it takes me 40 minutes to an hour, starting with subs, and getting progressively more explicit.

 

I was the person who posted this and glad I'm not the only one who watches it from a while as it's comforting, but I binged today for around 2, 3 hours on a relapse and It made me feel so shit so just keep up the streaks people

 

I just wanted to know how other people are compared to me so I knew how bad my addiction is

Seems you're not too had if you can restrict to once a day which is what many people do which aren't addicted. Unfortunately I have a bad habit of edging and thinking something better is out there so I can go for hours

 

that's why I started too I knew when time had disappeared after I finished and it had been hours without even realising how much of a waste of time It was because of being addicted to porn
