Dont feel shame, you are normal! You are human and have the basic instincts we all have. You have been drawn into porn like all of us have, but can now turn that time alone into the relationship with your partner. Hopefully they will be proud of the steps you are taking. For me this process is one of wanting to improve performance. So I am being selfish because the more enjoyment I can give to my partner (a real life person, not a computer screen), the more pleasure I get. Don't be ashamed, be proud. You are now a non-porn user. Just like anyone who has given up smoking you are now a non-smoker
