My opinion is not at all. I read someone else's comment that said if you fapped every day and then cut it back to every other day you reduced your fapping by 50%! Some of us quit cold turkey others have to ween themselves off. Do whatever works best for you and your lifestyle. There are no hard and fast rules but to be the most effective quitting cold turkey and abstaining from PMO/MO is the best route. Some would even abstain from all forms of O even w a partner. You know yourself the best and no one is judging you here. No one is perfect and we are all here to try and better ourselves. So stay strong and we are here to help if you need us.

Hey man, the same kind of happened to me. I was set not to O under any situation, but it happened while having intercourse with my girlfriend. I felt I had thrown work down the drain and was worried all the days I had abstained from O had been for nothing. But then again, worrying about it also won't do any good, so I'll just keep going towards the 90 days (day 28 right now) and from there I'll continue.
I chose to do this without reaching O in any way because i suffer from ED, and felt this could be a way to fix this problem.
I'll see how it goes. Don't worry about it also, just keep going towards your goal and try to keep on track. Just because it happened once doesn't mean you failed it. Just carry on as if you're all good!

It's like quitting smoking my friend. If you have not smoked for 15 days then smoked two cigs one day that still means you've smoked nothing for 15 days. And never feel upset or down after a relapse! It will only make things worse! Always think about what you could improve and what things triggered you into having that relapse! Good day brother

I don't think it is. If you were on a long streak and then you relapse, you can't undo what you built over that time. Now if you continue to binge and stuff then that's a different story. Just pick yourself up and start again.
